Welcome to Curated Revival. These Terms of Service apply when you visit, shop, or make a purchase through our website. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

About Curated Revival

Curated Revival is an independent secondhand women’s boutique based in Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada.

Our inventory consists primarily of individually sourced secondhand clothing, shoes, and accessories. Because many pieces are one-of-a-kind, availability is limited and an item placed in your cart is not guaranteed until checkout is completed.

Product Condition & Descriptions

We carefully inspect and photograph our secondhand pieces and make every reasonable effort to accurately describe their condition, sizing, materials, measurements, and any notable flaws or signs of wear.

Secondhand items may naturally show minor signs of previous wear. These characteristics are part of purchasing preloved clothing and are not necessarily considered defects.

Colours may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and your device or screen settings.

Sizing

Sizing can vary considerably between brands, styles, and eras. Customers are responsible for reviewing the size, measurements, photographs, and product information provided before purchasing.

If you have questions about the fit or measurements of an item, please contact us before placing your order.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product information, inventory errors, or other inaccuracies on our website. If an error affects an order you've already placed, we will contact you before proceeding whenever appropriate.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is confirmed.

Returns & Store Credit

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit.

We do not provide refunds to the original method of payment for standard returns.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition in which they were received, with all Curated Revival and original tags still attached. Proof of purchase is required.

Sale items, gift cards, and items specifically identified as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Store credit issued for an approved return does not expire.

Shipping

Curated Revival currently ships within Canada.

Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's operations.

If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at hello@curatedrevival.com and we will assist with locating the shipment and working with the carrier where possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once submitted.

If you've made a mistake with your order, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

Gift Cards & Store Credit

Gift cards and store credit may be used toward eligible purchases from Curated Revival.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Store credit issued for an approved return does not expire.

Website Use

You may not use this website or its content for unlawful purposes, interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use Curated Revival's content in a way that infringes our rights or the rights of others.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Curated Revival's original branding, website copy, graphics, photographs, and other original content are owned by Curated Revival and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

Third-party brand names and trademarks appearing in product listings belong to their respective owners. Curated Revival is an independent secondhand retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those brands unless expressly stated.

Your use of our website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed.
