No returns — but store credit, always.
We believe in thoughtful purchases and curated closets. If it doesn’t work out, we’ll make it right with store credit (because good taste should get a second chance too).

❓Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from beautiful Abbotsford, BC.
Packed with care. Shipped with love. Steamed, styled, and on their way to you in 1–3 business days.

❓Is everything secondhand?

Yes — but only the good stuff.
Every piece is handpicked for style, quality, and that ooh, where’d you get that? energy. Some items are brand new with tags — but found secondhand, because we love a good story and an even better score.

❓Will the item look exactly like the photo?

Close — but not always pixel perfect.
We photograph each piece to show it off as clearly as possible, but lighting and screen settings can cause slight color shifts.
And because everything is secondhand, gentle signs of wear may be present — we’ll always note any standout flaws in the listing.
