All Sales Final
At Curated Revival, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Why? Each piece is preloved, one-of-a-kind, and carefully curated. We inspect and describe every item with care, including noting any flaws or wear in the product description.
Store Credit Exception In rare cases, store credit may be offered at our sole discretion for items that arrive significantly different than described. Store credit requests must be made within 14 days of delivery and require:
- Items unworn and in original condition
- All tags intact
- Photo evidence of the issue
- Proof of purchase
Store credit never expires.
