Consignment Terms and Conditions

Thank you for consigning with Curated Revival! We're thrilled to help give your pieces a second, stylish life. Here's everything you need to know before you submit.

Consignment Overview

By consigning with us, you (the Consignor) agree to let Curated Revival (the Boutique) showcase, style, and sell your items on your behalf - online, in-store, and across our social and marketing channels.

Payouts

You earn 40-60% of the final sale price (before tax/shipping).

Payouts are issued by e-transfer, cheque, or store credit within 14 days of sale.

Choose your preferred split and payout method when submitting your item(s).

Consignment Period

Each item is consigned for 60 days.

If unsold, you may choose to:

  • Pick up the item(s)
  • Approve markdowns for extended selling
  • Donate or transfer to clearance (at our discretion)

If we don't hear from you within 10 days after the 60-day period, we reserve the right to donate or repurpose your item(s).

Item Requirements

We accept high-quality, clean, authentic pieces that align with our curated aesthetic. Please ensure:

  • Items are clean and odor-free
  • No major damage (unless noted)
  • Labels and tags are intact
  • Fast fashion, replicas, and counterfeit items are not accepted

Pricing

We work collaboratively on pricing, but reserve the right to adjust within 15% to ensure your item sells well. You'll be contacted if major changes are needed.

Marketing and Styling

You authorize Curated Revival to photograph, style, and promote your item(s) across all platforms including:

  • Instagram
  • Website
  • Email campaigns
  • In-store and pop-up displays

Loss and Liability

We take great care in storing and presenting your items beautifully. However, Curated Revival is not liable for theft, loss, or damage once your item is in our possession. We recommend insurance for high-value pieces.

Authenticity

You confirm that all items submitted are:

  • Authentic
  • Legally owned by you
  • Free of liens or restrictions

Counterfeits or misrepresented items will be returned or reported.

Final Notes

By submitting the consignment form, you confirm your agreement to these terms and give Curated Revival permission to manage your item(s) with care and creative flair.
